- Grey
- Excellent initial bonding
- Good thermal stability at ambient temperatures
- Thermal conductivity EN 1745: 0.54 W/mK (P=90 %)/0.47 W/mK (P=50 %)
Must not be applied in environments and on supports with temperatures below 5ºC and above 30ºC. The mixer water should not contain any impurities (clay, organic matter) and should preferably be potable. Do not apply product that has started to set or softened compounds.
Depending on the condition of the support and the thickness of the layer applied. Bonding and brushing: 8 to 10 kg/m²
Datasheets(X)
- Suitable for bonding of the following materials in the ETICS - External thermal insulation system: Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) and Extruded Polystyrene (XPS).
- Application on substrates with absorption, namely masonry walls, concrete and cement-based plaster. Applicable in rehabilitation works for damming on concrete, mono-mass, cement-based renders and painted walls, as long as the substrate is resistant, clean and stable. Treatment of small cracks and micro-cracks, provided that it is used in a reinforced way (applied with a fibreglass mesh).
- For application on OSB and similar boards. Mechanical clamping must always be used, otherwise displacement may occur. We recommend that you use PU foam when bonding OSB panels.
The surfaces must be free from dust, release agents, disaggregated or unstable material, efflorescence and other materials that may impair the bonding of the mortar. If bonding is carried out on vertical absorption supports or surfaces that are too dry, the surfaces must be lightly moistened before the mortar is applied. It should be mixed with a ratio of 5 litres of clean water per 25 kg of adhesive mortar for ETICS (mixing water - 20 %). Mechanically mix (e.g. low-speed electric mixer) until a soft, consistent, lump-free paste is obtained.
