Wood, PVC, ABS, melamine and polyester edges
- Place the granulate in the precasting container of the edging machine.
- The application temperature must be adjusted according to the indications. Monitor the contact pressure.
- The machine must be adjusted according to the manufacturer instructions.
- In case of long interruptions between work, the temperature should be reduced to 150–160°C to prevent the adhesive from burning.
- The precasting container must be cleaned regularly. The panel must be free from dust and grease.
- The temperature of the panel and the edge should be between 18–20°C. Avoid air currents.
- For edges with a thickness greater than 4 mm, a higher preheating is required to ensure the opening time.
- We recommend prior testing when using solid wood panels and laminates.
- The adhesive residue can only be removed mechanically.
