Powdered, ready-to-use urea resin glue with integrated hardener

Long processing time and storage life

Long processing time with relatively quick hardening speed, especially for veneering work. Easy to fill to prevent glue bleeding through.

Complies with Emission Class 1

Low formaldehyde content. Using E1 chipboard and hot press glue powder achieves veneered panels that also comply with E1.

Universal application

Excellent application properties in glue application machines and during manual glue application.

Reliable gluing quality

Excellent solubility and high degree of security against glue bleed-through. Reliable gluing of all veneer types.

Notice

Not suitable for outdoor use, as it is not weatherproof.

In conjunction with the tannic acid of the wood, the impact of bare metal may result in blue discolouration, especially with oak, and in red discolouration with beech.

At a pressing temperature above 50°C, brown discolouration may occur with softwood veneers.

Fresh splashes of glue can be removed with water. Older glue residues can only be removed mechanically. Stir the container thoroughly prior to application and always close the container tightly before storing. Protect from frost.

The processing time and the setting time are highly dependent on the working conditions, e.g. the temperatures, moistures, absorption of the materials, application quantities and tensions in the material.

The usage instructions are recommendations based on the tests we have conducted and our experience; carry out your own tests before each application. Due to the large number of applications and storage and processing conditions, we do not assume any liability for a specific application result. Application area

Resistant in rooms with generally low humidity based on DIN 68705:

  • Veneer, surface and sealing work in the hot press

  • Veneer gluing of chipboard, wood core plywood, MDF panels, resin-coated paper foils and paper laminates

  • Surface gluing of laminated panels (HPL/CPL panels) on wood, particle board and MDF panels

  • Veneering and coating, e.g cabinets, internal doors, kitchen worktops, door frames, tables, corner benches
Instructions

Apply a thin, even layer of veneer glue on one side with a glue roller, glue spatula or application machine. With highly absorbent material and low pressing force, a relatively large quantity must be applied. The higher the pressing force, the smaller the application quantities required. With a large-pore veneer, the glue is to be mixed so it is highly viscose and a thin layer is applied to prevent glue from bleeding through. Glue bleed-through may result in colour changes during staining, as the pores in the veneer are already filled with glue, thereby preventing the stain from penetrating the surface.

Mixing ratio: Weight proportions: approx. 2:1 (powder: water). The viscosity must be adjusted with water.

The packaging unit defines the number of articles in one packaging. In the catalog segment you can choose from different packaging units if a pop-up menu is displayed.

Just leave the field empty if you don't know the packaging unit when directly entering the article number in the shopping basket or when importing with Easy-/VarioScan. The packaging unit will be determined automatically.
The article number is made up of the following: VVVVAAABBB
VVVV = 4 digits for prefix number (please note that the first digit is currently always 0)
AAA = 3 digits for dimension part 1
BBB = 3 digits for dimension part 2

Example article number structures:
Example 1: Screw with dimensions of 4x10 mm:
VVVVAAABBB
00574 10 (2 spaces between the 4 and the 10)

Example 2: Screw with dimensions of 10x20 mm:
VVVVAAABBB
005710 20 (1 space between the 10 and the 20)

Example 3: Flat washer with an internal diameter of 6 mm:

Price per packaging unit (PU):
The displayed price is always in line with the displayed packaging, if the PU is 250 the price for 250 units, if the PU is 300 the price for 300 units.

Price with price key representation (PSL):
The price always applies to a quantity ruled through the price key:
Price for 1 unit
