Dry pre-mix made of mixed binders, limestone and siliceous aggregates, additives and reinforcing fibres for easy handling and optimisation of the self-levelling characteristics.

Precautions and recommendations


  • Do not apply below 5ºC or above 30ºC

  • Do not apply when there is a risk of frost, rain, strong winds or direct sun

  • Do not mix with other products or fillers

  • Do not apply on wet surfaces or surfaces subject to increasing humidities

  • Do not apply product that has started to set or softened compounds

  • Recommended thickness: between 3 mm and 10 mm, per layer. If it is necessary to apply a second layer (up to max. 20 mm), wait until the first layer has hardened

  • You must wait at least 12 hours to apply the coating

  • It is important to respect the water quantities in the mixer to prevent the product from splitting, high shrinkage and reduced resistance

Application area

Intended for smoothing irregular surfaces, giving them a smooth, level finish. Adjustment of floors in the application of: floating floors, ceramic, vinyl, carpet, tiles, wood or other coverings.

Instructions

Surfaces must be resistant, stable and clean, free from dust, remnants of release agents, paint, organic products etc. UNIRESIN bonding resin should be used before applying MASPLAN on ceramics. Mechanically mix 25 kg of the powder product with 24% water (6.0 litres of water per package), with a low-speed electric mixer, until a smooth, lump-free paste is obtained. Apply manually on the surface using a metal spatula. For a smoother finish, use a spiked roller after application.
