Application area

Paint for floors with high-density traffic exposed to liquid spills especially in mechanical workshops, clean up residues immediately after the spill.

Public and private car parks.

Industrial warehouses.

Painting pavements in the food industry without direct contact with food and protecting food and beverages from possible organoleptic contamination.

Chemical industries, refineries, petrol stations, workshops, shipyards, hangars etc.

Concrete protection in civil works, tunnels, dams, walls etc.

Instructions

The surface must be cohesive, clean, degreased, free of silicone and free of contaminants. Apply on hardened concrete, cement mortar, porous and absorbent materials with a humidity less than 4 %.

Thoroughly remove the two components before mixing. Add Component B to the base of Component A.

Homogenise the mixture by stirring it for a few minutes with slow agitation, maximum 400rpm. Avoid air occlusion.

Try to mix complete containers. Can be thinned with anhydrous thinner or Würth PU solvent PR01_082344002

It is recommended that you apply an initial coat of 20-60 % dilution with polyurethane solvent as a sealing layer to ensure integration into the support (the lower the absorption, the greater the amount of solvent). Then apply 2 layers with a maximum dilution of 5 to 10 %. Respect the drying times between coats. In all applications to improve adhesion it is recommended to add 1 % PU ADITOR PLUS additive,PR01_0892214006, as an adhesion promoter. Apply using special floor roller (no moisture residue) or AIRLESS. If paint is applied with AIRLESS a nozzle hole of 0.015-0.019 in. and a compression ratio of 150-170kg/cm² is recommended.

In applications with very little support absorption or very hard and well-adhered old paints, we recommend a pre-test on 1-2 m².

The packaging unit defines the number of articles in one packaging. In the catalog segment you can choose from different packaging units if a pop-up menu is displayed.

Just leave the field empty if you don't know the packaging unit when directly entering the article number in the shopping basket or when importing with Easy-/VarioScan. The packaging unit will be determined automatically.
The article number is made up of the following: VVVVAAABBB
VVVV = 4 digits for prefix number (please note that the first digit is currently always 0)
AAA = 3 digits for dimension part 1
BBB = 3 digits for dimension part 2

Example article number structures:
Example 1: Screw with dimensions of 4x10 mm:
