Excellent adhesion to plastics and metals
Secure and long-lasting bonding to the widest range of materials possible.
Rapid processing
No primer or activator necessary
Excellent moisture and media resistance
- The adhesive still has around 20 % of its initial strength at +100° C, this mechanical softening is reversible.
- Continuous use above 100° C is not recommended, as the adhesive is permanently degraded from approx. +250° C.
- The adhesive is UV-resistant behind glass or plastics in internal areas. The adhesive may discolour and become brittle in direct sunlight or weather.
The usage instructions are recommendations based on the tests we have conducted and our experience; carry out your own tests before each application. Specially developed adhesive for bonding, casting, sealing, and encapsulating low-energy plastics and difficult-to-adhere surfaces.
Ideally suited to manufacture in the automotive, machinery and tools industries, as well as model construction, electronics, precision engineering, solar technology, optics, etc.
The substrates must be clean, dry, and free of grease. For pre-treatment, refer to the technical data sheet.
Place the static mixing tube on the opened adhesive cartridge and insert the cartridge into the respective dosing gun. Discard the first 2 cm of mixed adhesive. Apply the mixed adhesive to the parts to be bonded as soon as possible, and fix the joined parts for approx. 2 hours.
For more information, please refer to the technical data sheet.
