For use with clamps up to 0.3 mm thick and 12.3 mm wide.
Insert the free end of the installed clamp into the pliers. Tighten the handles to increase tension. Cut off the excess end of the tensioned clamp by pressing on the cutting lever while applying tension to the handles of the pliers.
