Fill the tank with adhesive (max. 10 kg)
Fit the lid and seal onto the tank and close the three hand wheels
Pressurise the tank (air intake valve), operating pressure from 2 to 5 bar; the same valve is used to empty the tank
Adjust the adhesive flow required on the gun; it is recommended that the nozzles are washed with water after use
Maintenance:
- Check the seal on the lid regularly
- Check that the drain valve is not blocked by dried adhesive
- Check that the manometer is operating correctly
- Wash the nozzles after use using the special attachment
- If the dispenser is not used for long periods, it is recommended to fill the dispenser with hot water, pressurise it and wash it completely by draining all the water out of the gun; this will expel any adhesive residue from the inside of the device, preventing the adhesive from drying out and causing blockages
