Fast curing
The reaction of the two components results in a fast binding speed, ensuring fast application.
Broad range of applications
For adhering metals, a range of plastics, glass, ceramic etc. to and with each other.
High tensile strength values
Tensile shear strengths are maintained even under the influence of heat.
Outstanding resistance to chemicals
Resistant to many liquids such as petrol, many lubricant oils and ethyl acetate.
Can be sanded when fully hardened
Viscoplastic
High transparency
Silicone-free
For safety reasons (due to cartridge filling technology) the first 20 g of mixed adhesive should not be used for bonding. Uncured adhesive can be removed using acetone cleaner.

For adhering stainless steel sheets to each other, repairing shorn plastic and metal parts, manufacturing PCBs etc.
Bondable materials:
Steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass, sanded glass fibre-reinforced plastic, ABS, hard PVC, SMC, glass, ceramic.
- The static mixing tube is attached to the double cartridge of the ESK-48 and the cartridge is inserted into the gun
- The adhesion must be evenly pressed until final strength is achieved
- The best adhesive bonding strengths are achieved after cleaning and sanding with a maximum bonding gap of 0.1 mm
- The curing time is dependent on the temperature
- Adhesive that has not completely cured can be removed using acetone cleaner
- The reaction can be accelerated by applying heat of +80°C
- If work is interrupted for longer than 3 minutes, change the positive mixer
Hardening speed for tensile shear strengths of >10 N/mm2::
- Temperature 10°C/hardening time approx. 120 min.
- Temperature 15°C/hardening time approx. 70 min.
- Temperature 23°C/hardening time approx. 60 min.
- Temperature 40°C/hardening time approx. 25 min.
- Temperature 60°C/hardening time approx. 10 min.
- Temperature 100°C/hardening time approx. 2 min.
