Whenever there is oil contamination in the cooling system through the engine lubrication system, such as: Head gasket, turbo, cylinder block, among others.
With WRS 30 cooling system cleaning machine:
1. Flush the cooling system with water to eliminate as much debris as possible and remove the anti-freeze.
2. Pour directly into the cooling system via the expansion valve (with recirculation), cooler or hoses, respecting the dosage indicated for the circuit concerned. Top up the circuit with water.
3. Allow the product to circulate for 20 minutes in the system at engine operating temperature, performing clearings with the machine during the process.
4. If oil residue remains in the system after 5 clearings, repeat the process (steps 2 and 3).
5. Replace the hoses and the expansion valve as they are not oil resistant.
Direct use on the cooler:
1. Pour directly into the cooling system via the expansion valve (with recirculation), cooler or hoses, respecting the dosage indicated for the circuit concerned.
3. Allow the product to circulate for 20 minutes in the system at engine operating temperature.
4. Try to remove as much anti-freeze and residue from the system as possible and fill with new anti-freeze.
5. Repeat the operation as many times as necessary until the system is cleaned.
6. Replace the hoses and the expansion valve as they are not oil resistant.

Up to 7 litres = 1.5 L
Up to 14 litres = 3 L
Up to 21 litres = 4.5 L
Up to 30 litres = 6 L
Up to 37 litres = 7.5 L
Up to 44 litres = 9 L
Up to 51 litres = 10.5 L
Up to 58 litres = 12 L
