Properties

Stir the emulsion again before applying. Do not dilute the Emulstan with solvents or other types of oil. Wooden moulds treated with the release agent should be protected from cold and rain while the film dries. The diluted release agent should be protected from the cold.
Depending on the condition of the wood used:
- 1 litre of diluted release agent may treat an area from 60 m² to 80 m².

Wooden and chipboard moulds
Before applying the release agent, remove foreign materials or fragments of concrete. Dilute the release agent with water to achieve a white, stable emulsion. This should be applied within 24 hours. Dilute the Emulstan in the recommended proportions, making sure not to use very cold water. Always pour the release agent into the water, not the other way around. Stir the emulsion thoroughly. 1 litre of Emulstan release agent for 5 to 10 litres of water. Apply using a brush or a pressure pump.
