Characteristics

Surface unevenness of more than 3 mm/m should be levelled using suitable material. The slats should remain in place for a minimum of 48 hours before application so that they can adapt to the environment in which they are to be installed, at a minimum temperature of 17ºC and relative humidity that does not exceed 70 %. Skirting boards should be at least 15 mm thick in order to properly cover the expansion joint.
