Good ventilation is important during application and curing.
The surfaces should be firm, dry and clean.
If necessary, degrease with MEK, methanol or ethanol.
The user should check for themselves whether the product is suitable for the application. Please contact our technical service if necessary.
A primer may be required on very porous surfaces, in the event of adhesion problems or in demanding usage conditions.
Use a manual or pneumatic cartridge gun to dispense the product from the
cartridge/sausage pack.
The size and shape of the joint is very important. Avoid thin joints.
Do not subject to thermal, mechanical or chemical stress before fully cured.
Suitable joint widths from 5 mm to 30 mm
Joints up to 10 mm wide: The joint depth must correspond to the joint width. Joints wider than 10 mm: Joint depth = (joint width/3) + 6 mm.
After curing, remove excess material mechanically.
