Elastop TL runs when wet. To prevent this, spread suitable aggregates on the membrane while wet to achieve a non-slip surface.
Consumption
120–250 g/m² applied in one or two layers. This data is based on a hypothetical application using a roller on a smooth surface in optimal conditions. Factors such as surface porosity, temperature, humidity, application method and finish can alter this consumption.

Surface preparation
Carefully preparing the surface is very important for the durability and proper application of the product. The surface must be clean, dry and free from pollutants, which may adversely affect the bonding of the membrane. The maximum humidity must not exceed 5%.
WARNING: Do not clean the surface with water.
Finish
Mix thoroughly before applying. Apply Elastop TL with a roller or airless spray in one or two layers. Leave to dry for 3–4 hours (no more than 6 hours) between each layer. Keep the temperature between 5ºC to 35ºC during application to improve the results. Low temperatures slow curing and high temperatures speed curing. High humidity can alter the result.
